So just a quick and honest note before you check out:

All purchases made on our store are final.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, we’re unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. This includes situations like:

  • A change of mind

  • Accidentally ordering the wrong book

  • Duplicate orders

  • Deciding the book isn’t quite your taste after purchase

Because books are carefully packed and reserved just for you, we’re unable to take them back once they’re sold and this policy applies to every order, without exception.

We truly appreciate your understanding and encourage you to double-check your cart before placing the order. If you have any questions at all before buying, we’re always happy to help 💬😊

 

Damages and issues

We take great care while packing your books. However, if you receive:

  • A damaged book, or

  • The wrong book due to an error on our end

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and the book.
We’ll review the issue and, if it’s genuinely our mistake, we’ll do our best to resolve it fairly (replacement only, not a refund).
